Infertility is a common and frustrating issue for many couples. We have both the experience and resources required during the counseling, evaluation, and management of this medical issue. Evaluation is aided by the presence of an office laboratory and ultrasound. We also offer hystrosalpingograms (HSG) in conjunction with our local radiology partners. Diagnostic laparoscopy, when appropriate, is offered through Durham Regional Hospital. During the treatment phase, as medically indicated, we offer Clomid and human gonadotropin administration, in addition to office intrauterine insemination. Lastly, we will assist in the arrangement of outside consultation should further intervention be required. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible for our patients, recognizing the increased sensitivity and anxiety this particular challenge often invokes. |
